Don Janacek, President
With 20 years of fresh food program experience, Mr. Janacek leads the team at FreshOne, the nation’s fastest growing supplier of fresh prepared food to grocery and convenience store retailers. He has been instrumental in shaping FreshOne’s overall strategic direction and is responsible for high-level client engagement, corporate culture and the development of strategic partnerships. As part of Don’s leadership role, he launched FreshOne Distribution Services, a refrigerated transport, and FreshTake, a complete meal product that is frozen-to-store and fresh-to-customer.
Before starting FreshOne, Don was the Managing Director of an autonomous business unit within LSG Sky Chefs which he started and grew to nearly $50 million in profitable sales. He attracted national customers, such as 7-Eleven, Starbucks and Target. Prior to LSG Sky Chefs, Don acquired a custom plastic bottle manufacturer in Houston, Texas to which he restored profitability, and subsequently sold to a larger competitor. Previously, Don started AIRO Catering Services an airline catering business in Eastern Europe which he built and operated that catered to the former Soviet Union countries of Latvia, Estonia and the Ukraine. Under Don’s leadership, the company grew to $10 million in sales with greater than 30% net profits. The company was later acquired by LSG Lufthansa Holdings and Mr. Janacek was retained to run the company for an additional year before returning back to the United States. In addition, he has operated businesses related to food (both airline and retail related), import / export, distribution and manufacturing. He has launched successes in multiple start-up ventures resulting in substantial profits to the investors. Don holds a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, is the former Chairman of the Texas Scholarship Foundation and is a member of Watermark Community Church. Don has recently joined the board of Need Him Global. Don enjoys coaching, hunting and resides in Dallas, TX with his wife, Melissa, and their two children, Haley and Ryan.
Bill Ford, Director of Sales and Marketing
Bill is an avid marketer with an extra helping of the entrepreneurial spirit. He comes from a background as vast as his Midwestern upbringing but is always focused on empowering the people around him to meet and exceed the standards of trust, commitment, and growth that will set them apart from the competition. Bill chose sales as his profession at a very young age and has accumulated decades of achievements in several industries. In the fall of 2018, Bill brought his expertise in sales and marketing to FreshOne along with his team building spirit and relationship driven approach to success. Bill is also the team captain of an elite storm tracking and search and rescue team, StormWarriorsTV, and responds to natural disasters such as tornadoes, floods, and hurricanes to help restore families. He loves family and lives in Weatherford, Texas, with his wife, Danielle, where they look forward to every visit from their 5 children and 5 grandchildren.
Jason Page, Director of Logistics
Jason Page has been in the logistics business over 20 years, working with a variety of customers to enhance their logistics performance and develop robust, effective and efficient supply chain solutions. He is a strategic leader succeeding by establishing strong relationships, providing industry leading service while reducing expenses for customers. Jason has managed logistics for some of the largest companies in the nation.
Jason is passionate about the safety of our associates, the public and our customers. He also enjoys building teams and empowering associates to own their business while practicing the core values of our company.
Jason resides in Frisco, Texas with his lovely wife Ann and their two children, Jaden and Jack. He enjoys nature and being outdoors, but his most passionate hobby is his family.
